Q: How much is international shipping?

A: We ship world wide. USD $9. United States $6 to Canada, $12. USD to everywhere else.

Q: Do you combine shipping?

A: Shipping is combined. For domestic and Canada shipping, $4. USD each additional item. For international shipments, $8.  USD each additional item.

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Orders are shipped at least 14 business days from the date payment is received. We work hard to stay within the 14 business days but sometimes it could take a little longer to ship depending on how busy we are. International shipping time is about 6-8 days, and domestic shipping time is 3 days.

Sizing

Q: How do I know which size corset I need?

A: Customers are prompted to enter their actual measurements in the options box found on each product listing, and we will customize the item to fit you according to your measurements. Corsets are made 3 or 4 inches smaller than your actual measurements.

Q: How do I measure my waist for a skirt?

A: Please hold the measuring tape snug for all measurements. Measure your waist wherever you would like the skirt waist to sit. Low on the waist or high on the waist, it's up to you. Measure your full hip area.

Q: How to I measure my corset waist?

A: Your corset waist area is the smallest part of your waist normally just above your belly button.

Q: How do I measure my bust?

A: With a non padded bra on, measure around your back and across the fullest part of your bust.

Q: How do I measure my hips for a corset?

A: The hip measurement is the bottom of the corset. Mid pelvic or thereabouts. If you have extra tummy in the lower abs be sure to include your tummy in the measurement. Basically if the corset will be worn over it, it must be measured.

Q: Is my bra size the correct bust measurement to use?

A: Your bra size will not tell us your true bust measurement. With a non padded bra on, measure around your back and across the fullest part of your bust.

Q: I am petite with a  short waist, or very tall, how can I make sure the corset will not be too long on me?

A: We can customize the center front length of the corset. Measure starting between the bust, to where you would like the bottom of the front to end, email your specific requests in the comments section on the order page.

Q: Are the Corsets suitable for tight lacing?

A: Yes, all of Pink Label Corsets are made with three layers of fabric, 24 or more spiral steel bones, and a privacy panel behind the back laces.

Q: What if I receive my item and it does not fit?

A: Pink Label Fashion has a guaranteed to fit policy on all items. We strive to minimize the risk of shopping online by offering free custom sizing as well as a flexible return policy. You may exchange your item for another size within 7 days of receiving your item.
