London Steel cage hoop skirt, part of the London Collection by Pink Label Fashion. Be very much in charge in a wicked 27 1/2 yards of decorated steel hoop skirt. The length is 36" from the waist to the hem. Belt and buckle closure which comes in silver or nickle, whichever one is in stock at the time. Customize this hoop skirt and choose your bag color (bottom of skirt) , hoop casings and hoop trim. I do not have the trim colors listed on the fabric swatch page so tell me your color theme and I will make it happen.
